金季玲教授运用中药治疗外阴白色病变的临床经验

Clinical Experiences of Professor Jin Ji Ling in Treating the White Lesions of Vulva by Using Chinese Medicine

目的:总结金季玲教授运用中药治疗运用中药内服、外治法治疗外阴白色病变的临床经验。方法:内治法以调补肝、肾脏为主,采用滋阴润燥,养血祛风之法;外治法则以清热祛湿、祛风止痒为主。结果:本病病因与肝肾精亏,外阴失养有关。治法则运用内治法与外治法相结合,内治法以调补肝、肾脏为主,外治法则以为主。结论:运用中药内服、外治法治疗外阴白色病变,能明显改善本病的临床症状。

Objective：To summarize the Clinical experiences of Professor Jin Ji Ling in treating the white lesions of vulva by using oral administration of Chinese medicine and external treatment.Methods：The internal treatment was mainly for regulating and nourishing liver and kidney with the method of nourishing yin and moistening dryness and nourishing blood and eliminating wind pathogen.The external treatment was mainly for clearing heat and dampness and removing wind pathogen to arrest itching.Results：The etiology of this disease is related with liver and kidney essence deficiency and the vulvar dystrophy.The treatment principle should combine the internal treatment and external treatment with the internal treatment mainly for regulating and nourishing liver and kidney and external treatment mainly for clearing heat and dampness and removing wind pathogen to arrest itching.Conclusion：The use of Chinese medicine for oral administration and external treatment could significantly improve the clinical symptoms of white lesions of vulva.
