二石镇肝汤联合苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗原发性高血压病临床研究

Clinical Study on Treating Primary Hypertension with Ershi Zhengan Decoction and Amlodipine Besylate

目的:观察二石镇肝汤联合苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗肝阳亢盛型原发性高血压病的临床疗效。方法:将90例患者采用随机数字表法分为两组。对照组40例,采用苯磺酸氨氯地平片,口服,2.5 mg/次;14 d未达理想降血压效果时,增加为5 mg/次;治疗组50例,在对照组的治疗基础上合用二石镇肝汤,1剂/d,水煎2次,取汁600 mL,分早、中、晚3次服用。所有患者均治疗4周为1疗程。结果:两组治疗后血压均显著降低,治疗组降血压程度优于对照组(P<0.05);两组有效率比较,治疗组优于对照组(χ2=4.500,P=0.034<0.05);未发现治疗药物有明显不良反应,患者依从性好。结论:二石镇肝汤联合苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗肝阳亢盛型原发性高血压病有满意的临床效果。

Objective：To observe the clinical effects of treating primary hypertension of liver-yang hyperactivity type by the combination of Ershi Zhengan Decoction and Amlodipine Besylate.Methods：90 cases were divided into two groups according to random number table method.The control group（40 cases） was given Amlodipine Besylate tablet for oral administration,with a dose of 2.5mg per time;if the expected effects of lowering blood pressure was not achieved in 14 days,the dose was added to 5mg per time;The treatment group（50 cases） was given Ershi Zhengan Decoction on the basis of the control group,one dose one day decocted twice of each dose.600ml of the juice was taken and divided into three times to take at morning,middle of the day,and night respectively.Four weeks was regarded as one course of treatment for all patients.Results：The blood pressure of both groups reduced notably after treatment and the degree of blood pressure reduction in the treatment group was superior to the control group（P〈0.05）;Comparison of the effective rate of both groups showed the treatment group was superior to the control group（χ2=4.500,P=0.034〈0.05）;no adverse drug reaction was discovered and patients all had good compliance.Conclusion：The combination of Ershi Zhengan Decoction and Amlodipine Besylate has satisfactory clinical effects in treating primary hypertension of liver-yang hyperactivity type.
