针刺配合药物治疗红斑肢痛症临床观察

Clinical Observation on Acupuncture Combined with Pharmacotherapy in Treating Erythromelalgia

目的:观察针刺治疗配合药物治疗红斑肢痛症的临床疗效。方法:红斑肢痛症患者38例,采用针刺疼痛肢体对侧的听宫穴配合中药方剂三物黄苓汤加减治疗,方用柴胡9 g,黄芩12 g,苦参10 g,生地黄20 g,元参20 g,栀子9 g,牡丹皮20 g,麦冬20 g,大黄9 g,生石膏30 g,连翘12 g,甘草10 g。结果:临床治愈33例,占86.84%;显效5例,占13.15%;无效0例;有效率100%;结论:针刺治疗配合药物治疗对红斑肢痛症有疗效显著。

Objective：To observe the clinical therapeutic effects of acupuncture combined with pharmacotherapy in treating erythromelalgia.Methods：38 patients with erythromelalgia were treated by acupuncturing contralateral acupoint Tinggong of the painful limbs combined with TCM prescription Sanwu Huangqin Decoction,which was composed of Radix Bupleuri 9 g,Scutellaria baicalensis 12 g,Sophora flavescens 10 g,Rehmannia Root 20 g,panax quinquefolia 20 g,kakuda figwort root 9 g,Tree Peony Bark 20 g,Radix Ophiopogonis 20 g,Rhubarb 9 g,gypsum 30 g,fructus forsythiae 12 g,Glycyrrhiza 10 g.Results：30 cases of erythromelalgia were cured,which accounted for 86.84 %;5 cases showed notable therapeutic effects,which accounted for 13.15%;none was invalid;the total effective rate was 100%.Conclusion：Acupuncture combined with pharmacotherapy has significant therapeutic effects in treating erythromelalgia.
