A Review of CIRED 2011 on Operation,Control and Protection Session

摘要 2011年国际供电会议(CIRED 2011)运行、控制与保护分组安排的活动有:IEC 61850在配电网中的应用专题讲座、162篇论文的宣读和张贴交流以及圆桌讨论会。会议关注的热点问题包括分布式电源并网保护控制与运行管理、IEC 61850的应用、配电自动化、故障定位、小电流接地故障补偿与选线定位以及状态监测技术等。 The activities organized by Operation,Control and Protection Session（Session 3） of CIRED 2011 are： a technical seminar on IEC 61850,oral and poster presentation of 162 papers and a round table discussion.The main focuses reflected from the papers presented are： issues related to distributed generation,IEC 61850,DA/DMS,fault location,neutral grounding and condition monitoring.
