持续发展视角下企业自主创新制约因素及策略分析——以河南省为例

Countermeasures for the Restricting Factors of Sustained Self-Innovation——A Case Study of Henan Province

文章基于自主创新能力的本质特征,以河南省为例,从科技投入、创新环境、成果转化、创新主体和品牌建设等方面,分析了制约企业持续自主创新的影响因素,构建了基于政府、社会、企业三位一体的创新支持体系。文章指出,企业持续自主创新能力的提升,需从政府扶持、社会环境、企业人才支撑和文化创新等多个角度,发挥政府、社会和企业之间的协同作用。

Taking Henan province as an example, this paper analyzed the restricting factors of sustained self-innovation, build the supporting system of innovation based on government, society and enterprise, put forward corresponding countermeasures, including fund input, application of technology, transfer of scientific and technological achievements, talent supporting, construction of brand, and culture innovation. The paper points out that it is important for the synergistic effect within government, society and enterprise in order to improve the ability of sustained self-innovation.
