摘要
文章基于我国空巢老人逐年增多、子女数量逐渐减少、社会生活节奏加快等背景,提出养老地产联盟运营创新模式。该模式综合资源整合理念和不动产流动化理论,引入企业联盟思想,构建适合中国国情的社区养老地产联盟运营体系。
According to the situation of increasing lonely aged people in the city, as well as the decrease of young people and the social fast development, the innovative mode of endowment real estate alliance was proposed.
