目的:为了客观实时地监控医疗信息的全过程,预防和避免医疗差错的发生,进一步提高医疗工作的安全性。方法:在防止医疗差错的需求牵引下,考虑医院环境,具体应用射频识别技术(RFID)与无线网络技术,实现系统架构和软件设计。结果:对医院信息管理的每一步实时检查和确认,包括患者身份、药品、血液等唯一识别。结论:系统对保证医疗信息的完整性和安全性,切实提高医疗质量、减少医疗差错发挥了巨大作用。

Objective：The purposes of applying RFID（radio frequency identification） in the hospital information systems are monitoring the real-time process of health-care information objectively;preventing and avoiding the mistakes during providing health-care;farther enhancing the security of the health-care.Methods In order to satisfy the requirement of preventing mistakes during providing health-care,the specific hospitals employed the techniques of RFID and wireless network in system architecture design and software development.Results The RFID technology further identifies and inspects the management of hospitals including the identifications of patients,medicines,and bloods.Conclusion The system significantly ensures the security and integrity of the health-care information,improves the quality of health-care,and reduces the mistakes happened in providing health-care service.
