摘要
IE方法是杜绝各种浪费、降低成本和提高生产率的有效途径。针对超市人流、物流、服务等管理的不足,以及运营情况过程中存在的效率低下等一系列问题,运用5W1H技术找到其中存在的问题,遵循ECRS四大原则对嘉兴市大型超市里货架摆放进行了有效地改善,对提高超市的运营状况有很好地促进作用。
Industrial engineering is the effective way to eliminate all waste, reduce costs and increase productivity. For the insufficient of the flow, materials, services, management and operations in the supermarkets that exist in a range of issues, through inspection the documents related to this view, use the technology of 5W1H to find the questions, aiming at supermarket shelf display in Jiaxing supermarkets and follow the four principles of ECRS to improve them.
