摘要
灵活交流输电系统(FACTS)可以有效抑制连锁故障的传播,从而降低连锁故障的风险,其具体效果需要进行定量计算分析。给出了三种典型FACTS设备-晶闸管控制串联电容器(TCSC),静止无功补偿器(SVC),统一潮流控制器(UPFC)的注入潮流模型,基于简化潮流方程计算了发电机和线路故障引起的低电压和潮流过载风险,并给出了多阶故障风险的计算方法。最后给出了基于风险最小化选择典型FACTS设备最佳安装位置的方法。仿真结果表明,提出的风险计算模型和位置选择方法是有效的。
Flexible AC Transmission System (FACTS) devices can restrain the spreading of cascading failure effectively, so the risk of cascading failure is decreased, which need quantitative analysis. The power injection model of three typical FACTS devices- Thyristor Controlled Series Compensator (TCSC), Static Var Compensators (SVC) and Unified power flow controller (UPFC) are proposed first. Then the risk of overload and low voltage caused by the failure of generator and line is calculated based on simplified power flow equation, and the method of calculating total risk of multi-level failure is proposed. How to select the best place to install FACTS device based on minimal risk is presented at last. Simulation results show the effectiveness of the proposed risk calculating model and place selecting method.
