摘要
提出了一种适用于配电网的无功补偿容量匹配方法。该方法基于无功电压集中分布控制模式,以配电站为分析对象,以电容器组搭配小容量动态补偿装置作为补偿手段,以投资成本与运行成本之和最小化为目标函数,将补偿容量的确定、集中与分布控制的容量匹配、电容器的优化分组三个问题统一起来建模。在数学模型中,提出电容器的优化分组应采用等容与不等容相结合的分组方式,并考虑了分组对投资成本的影响。通过算例验证了所提方法,丰富了集中分布控制理论,具有一定的工程指导意义。
This paper advances a capacity matching method of reactive power compensation that is suitable for distribution network. It is based on centralization-distribution control mode of reactive power and voltage. It takes each substation as analysis object and takes capacitor banks and dynamic compensation devices as compensation means. Then it takes the minimum sum of investment cost of reactive power compensation and operating cost of the substation as object function. It integrates the determination of compensating capacity, capacity matching between centralization control and distribution control and optimal grouping of capacitor into a same mathematical model, in which it is proposed that optimal grouping of capacitor should combine the isometric grouping with anisometric grouping, and consider the influence of grouping on investment cost. It validates the method by using an example; the method enriches the theory of centralization-distribution control and is of significance to engineering.
