摘要 随着IEC61850标准的实施和数字化变电站技术的逐步推广,数字化保护无论在硬件结构还是实现方式上都有明显的变化,这给传统继电保护测试技术带来了新的课题。研制的基于IEC61850标准的测试平台可实现对数字化继电保护装置的实时闭环测试。通过建立电力系统的一次模型,经过精密的暂态计算,将计算数据按IEC61850标准输出至实际的数字化保护装置,进行性能测试。试验结果表明,该平台可以提供满足数字化保护所需要的二次特征量和测试环境,具有重要的实用价值。 With the implementation of IEC 61850 standard and the development of the digital substation technology, digital protection has taken significant changes in the hardware architecture and implementation method, which has brought new subjects to protection test. A new testing platform based on IEC 61850 is developed, which can carry out the real-time closed loop tests for protection devices. By establishing the model of power system, through precise transient calculation, the calculated data according to IEC61850 standard will be sent to the actual digital protection devices for performance test. The testing results verify that the platform can provide the necessary secondary characteristics and test environment for digital protections, and it has great application value.
