摘要 针对目前小水电励磁装置的情况,专门提出了一种可靠的经济型小水电励磁装置。这套装置采用双通道冗余结构,在以往小水电励磁装置智能化的基础上,更注重经济性、可靠性。在正常运行时,两个通道中有一个作为工作通道,另一个通道处于热备用状态,而且可以随时替代原工作通道长期工作。嵌入微控制器dsPIC30F6014作为该励磁调节器的核心,充分利用dsPIC30F系列自身提供的多种模块,大大减小了硬件开销。在软件方面,用C与汇编语言编写,采用模块化设计方法,使程序更加灵活可靠。经过短路试验、空载试验和负载实验,以及目前在现场的反馈情况,可以证明这套励磁装置性能优越。 This paper puts forward an economic excitation device for small hydropower based on the present situation ofhydropower station's excitation system. The dual-channel redundant structure is adopted in this system, which greatly improves the economy and reliability based on the intelligent design. In normal operation, one of the two hardware channels is working, meanwhile the other one is in thermal standby mode, which can replace the original channel to work for long time. The embedded microcontroller dsPIC30F6014 whose own modules are fully utilized is used as the core of the regulator, as a result, the quantity of the hardware is greatly reduced. In the design of the software, the program is flexible and reliable by using C and assembly language and modular design method. This excitation device is proved to have a superior performance through short-circuit test, load test and no-load test, and the current feedback in the field.
