骨膜增生厚皮症一例 被引量：1

摘要 患者男,20岁,因肢端肥大3年、皮肤肥厚半年就诊.患者3年前无明显诱因双手足末端出现增生、肥厚,渐呈杵状.双手足湿冷多汗,无关节疼痛等自觉症状,患者未予诊治.近半年来患者出现额部、头皮、双小腿皮肤增厚,皱纹加深,以头皮和前额为著.无自觉症状.患者于2009年7月15日就诊我院门诊.自发病以来,患者无多尿、多食、多饮等症状.既往体健,无传染病和系统性疾病病史.父母非近亲结婚,家族中无类似疾病患者.
