摘要 目的探讨人食管癌放射抗拒细胞株侧群细胞(SP细胞)表达的变化。方法将人食管癌细胞株分为两组:对照组、实验组,对照组分别给予0、2、4、6、8 Gy的X射线放射治疗诱导抗拒细胞株;实验组给予NS-398联合上述剂量的X线照射。流式细胞技术检测各组细胞中SP细胞的表达情况,统计分析SP细胞表达的差异。结果随着放射剂量的增加,SP细胞的表达增加,给予NS-398作用后,SP细胞的表达下降。结论 SP细胞增加人食管癌细胞的放射抗拒性,抑制SP细胞的表达,能够降低人食管癌细胞的放射抗拒性。 Objective To research the change of side population cells ( SP cells) in human esophageal cancer radia- tion resistant cell lines. Methods The human esophageal cancer cell lines were divided into two groups: experiment group and control group. The control group was given 0, 2, 4, 6, 8 Gy of X-ray radiation therapy in order to induced resistance on cell lines; experiment group was given NS-398 combined with X-ray radiation dose above. The expressionof SP cells was detected by flow cytometer, then the difference was analyzed by statistical analysis. Results Along with increasing the dose of radiation, the expression of SP cells increased. After giving the NS-398, the expression of SP cells was down-regulated. Conclusion SP ceils increase radiation resistance in human esophageal cancer cells and inhibit the expression of SP cells, which will reduce the human esophageal cancer cell resistance to radiation.
