肝移植后早期并发肝动脉血栓形成手术取栓并动脉重建一例

摘要
肝动脉咀栓形成是肝移植后严重的血管并发症．常可导致肝坏死、肝功能衰竭、难治的胆道并发症、严重感染等．而使移植物功能丧失，甚至受者死亡．其治疗方法不尽一致．过去通常行再次肝移植．但在目前供者严重短缺的情况下，不得不寻找新的治疗方法。我中心于2011年1月对1例肝移植后早期肝动脉血栓形成受者行手术取栓，同时重建肝动脉．近期效果良好．报道如下。
