兰州汉族人寻常性银屑病与HLA-DQA1*0104和*0201的相关性

The Correlation between HLA-DQA1*0104 and*0201 and Psoriasis Vulgaris in the Han Nationality in Lanzhou

目的探讨HLA-DQA1*0104和*0201等位基因与兰州汉族寻常性银屑病的相关性。方法采用聚合酶链式反应-序列特异性引物(PCR-SSP)方法分别检测HLA-DQA1*0104和*0201等位基因在60例寻常性银屑病患者及56例健康对照中的分布频率,并进行比较。结果寻常性银屑病患者中HLA-DQA1*0104和*0201等位基因频率(43.33%和36.67%)分别与健康对照组(17.86%,14.29%)比较,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论 HLA-DQA1*0104和*0201可能是兰州汉族寻常性银屑病的易感基因。

Objective To investigate the association between HLA-DQA1 ＊ 0104,0201 allele and Psoriasis Vulgaris in the HaM nationality in Lanzhou. Methods Using method of high-resol-ution polymerase chain reaction amplification with sequence specific primers （ PCR-SSP ）, we detected the distribution frequencies of HLA- DQA1 ＊ 0104 and ＊ 0201 allele among 60 patients with Psoriasis Vulgaris and 56 healthy patients as the control, compared with each other. Results The frequencies of HLA- DQA1 ＊ 0104 and 0201 allele in pa- tients with Psoriasis Vulgaris （43.33% and 36.67% ） all showed a significant difference compared with the healthy control group （ 17.86% ,14.29% ）. Conclusion HLA-DQA1 ＊ 0104 and ＊ 0201 may be the sus- ceptibility allele of Psoriasis Vulgaris in the Han nationality in Lanzhou.
