5-氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法治疗寻常疣8例及跖疣12例临床观察

The Efficacy of 5-aminolevulinic Acid Photodynamic Therapy for 8 Cases of Verruca Vulgaris and 12 Cases of Verruca Plantaris

目的探讨5-氨基酮戊酸光动力(ALA-PDT)疗法治疗寻常疣及跖疣的疗效及安全性。方法对入选的8例寻常疣及12例跖疣患者予5-氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法治疗,随访3个月后评价疗效。结果 20例患者经3～7次治疗后均痊愈,且无明显不良反应,平均治疗2.8次,有9例治疗3次,8例治疗4次,2例治疗5次,1例治疗7次,均未见复发和不良反应。结论 5-氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法治疗寻常疣及跖疣疗效好,安全可靠。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of 5-aminolevulinic acid photodynamic in treatment of verruca vulgaris and verruca plantaris. Methods Eight cases of verruca vulgaris and 12 cases of verruca plantaris were treated with ALA-PDT. Clinical effects were evaluated after 3 months of follow-up. Results After treatment for 3 to 7 times, 2.8 times on average, all patients＇ lesions were cured with no adverse reac- tions. Having been followed up for 3 months,none had a recurrence. Conclusion ALA-PDT is safe and ef- fective in treatment of verruca vulzaris and verruca olantaris.
