微量氟尿嘧啶皮损内注射治疗成人疥疮结节临床观察

Clinical Observation of Treating Scabies Nodules by Injecting Fluorouracil Topically with Low Dose

目的探讨微量氟尿嘧啶皮损内注射治疗疥疮结节的临床疗效与安全性。方法治疗组31例,用氟尿嘧啶利多卡因混合注射液,每个疥疮结节皮损内注射混合液0.1～0.2mL;对照组30例,应用复方倍他米松利多卡因混合注射液,每个疥疮结节皮损内注射混合液0.1～0.2mL。两组均给予单次治疗,于14d时评价其疗效与安全性。结果治疗组痊愈率为90.32%,对照组为66.67%,两组的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组血常规、肝功及肾功检验结果无异常。结论微量氟尿嘧啶注射液单次皮损内注射是治疗成人疥疮结节的方法之一。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect and safety of treat scabies nodules with low dose fluorouracil topi- cally injecting. Methods Every nodule of the 31 cases in the treatment group was injected with O. 1 -0. 2mL fluorouracil and lidocaine mixtured ; every nodule of 30 cases in the control group was injected with 0. 1 -0.2mL compound betamethasone and lidocaine mixtured;both group were the two treated only once. The clinical effects and safety of the two groups were evaluated after 14 days. Results The recovery rate of the treament group was 90.32% ; the recovery rate of the control group was 66.67%. Significant statistic value was demonstrated by comparing the two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; the results of blood routine examination, liver function and kidney function all turned out normal. Conclusion Injecting scabies nodules topically with low dose fluorouracil once can be considered as a method to treat adult patients.
