摘要 目的观察液氮冷冻联合5-氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法(ALA-PDT)治疗巨大尖锐湿疣的疗效。方法回顾性分析液氮冷冻联合5-氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法(ALA-PDT)治疗巨大尖锐湿疣和单纯液氮冷冻治疗的资料,比较两组患者疣体祛除后第4,8及12周时的复发率。结果治疗组治疗后第4,8和12周时的复发率分别为9.10%,18.20%和22.70%,对照组分别为35.00%,50.00%和60.00%,两组复发率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论冷冻联合ALA-PDT治疗巨大尖锐湿疣有很好的疗效,能显著降低复发率。 Objective To compare the therapeutic effect on giant condyloma acuminatum by liquid nitrogen frozen with 5-Aminolevulinic Acid-Mediated photodynamic. Methods In a retrospective observational study, 42 patients with giant condyloma acuminatum treated by liquid nitrogen frozen with 5-Aminolevulinic or by liquid nitrogen frozen only were analyzed. Comparing the recurrence rate of those patients in fourth weeks, eighth weeks and twelveth weeks after treatment. Results The recurrence rate in treatment group were 9.10%, 18.20% ,22.70% and control group were 35.00% ,50.00% ,60.00% in fourth weeks, eighth weeks and twelveth weeks respectively. There were significant differences between two groups ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Liquid nitrogen frozen with 5-Aminolevulinic Acid-Mediated photodynamic therapy is a good therapeutic measure for giant condvloma acuminatum, and it can reduce recurrence rate of those oatients.
