阴茎疣状黄瘤1例

A case of Verrucous Xanthoma of Penis

患者男,50岁。1年前,阴茎包皮外伤后出现一小溃疡,愈合后局部出现淡红色米粒大丘疹,逐渐增至1.0cm x0.5cm大的淡红色疣状孤立性肿物,呈透明颗粒状,界清,无分泌物。皮损组织病理示:表皮乳头瘤样增生,角化不全,角化过度,棘层肥厚,真皮乳头内见大量泡沫细胞。诊断:疣状黄瘤。

A 50-year-old male＇ s penile foreskin appeared a small ulcer after trauma 1 year ago and scabbed, healed. The local area appeared a small pink papule, growing up to a vemlcous isolated goitre which was 1. Ocm x 0.5em, transparent and granular, state clearly, wilh no discharge. Histopathologieal examination showed： epidermis papilloma-like proliferation,parakeratosis, hyperkeratosis, acanthosis, dermal papilla filled with a lot of foam cells. Diagnosis： verrucous xanthoma of penis.
