摘要
患者女,16岁,面部反复发生水疱、脓疱伴声音嘶哑16年。皮肤科情况:面部较多对称分布的凹陷性瘢痕,睑缘串珠样的腊样丘疹。诊断:类脂质蛋白沉积病。
A 16-year-old girl presented with blisters and pustules on her face. Physical examination showed many de- pression scars symmetric distribute on her face and many waxy papules linar distribute on her margines pal- pebrales. Diagnosed： lipoid proteinosis.
