摘要
2例均为老年男性患者和有慢性皮肤病史,临床表现为阵发性剧烈瘙痒,周身红斑和鳞屑,皮肤有色素沉着和广泛浅表淋巴结肿大。下腹部皮损组织病理示:慢性非特异性炎症。淋巴结活检示:淋巴滤泡及生发中伴有黑素色颗粒。免疫组化示:CD68(+);S-100(+)。诊断:皮病性淋巴结炎。
Two cases of elderly male patients and chronic skin disease, clinical manifestations of paroxysmal severe itching, erythema and scaly whole body, skin pigmentation and a wide range of superficial lymphadenopathy. Lower abdominal skin lesions histopathological examination showed chronic nonspecific inflammation. Lymph node biopsy indicated： lymphoid follicles and germinal with black solid particles. Immunohistochemical dem- onstration： CD68（ ＋ ） ;S-100（ ＋ ）. Diagnosis： Dermatopathic Lymphadenitis
