发疹性黄瘤1例

A Case of Eruptive Xanthoma

患者男,41岁。面部、躯干下部及双下肢泛发橘黄色丘疹3个月。面部、躯干下部及双下肢散在分布橘黄色丘疹,米粒至绿豆大小,质硬,部分基周红晕,有压痛。抠挤后破溃,结痂,遗留色素性或肥厚性瘢痕。患糖尿病和脂肪肝2年。诊断:发疹性黄瘤。嘱低脂饮食,继续治疗高脂血症,面部皮损予激光治疗,现随访中。

A 4l-year-old male was suffeved with scattered orange maeulopapule on the Ix, dy for 3 monlhs. Then the orange papules had spread to the lace, lower torso,and lower limbs gradually. The forms of the papule were from nee to mung ~an. The papules were solid, some of them had bhished base and tenderness. There was scab, legacy of pigmented or hypertrophic scar after the squeezing from the patient. The patient has a history of diabetes and fatty liver for 2 years. It was diagnosed as eruptive xanthoma. Ask the patient follow a low-fat diet and continue the treatment of hyperlipidemia. After a laser faeial treatment, the patient is in the follow-up now.
