具有抗肿瘤转移作用的中药及其临床应用

Advances in Research on Traditional Chinese Medicines with Anti-tumor Metastasis Activity and Their Clinical Application

肿瘤转移为恶性肿瘤的本质特性,亦是肿瘤治疗失败的主要原因,寻找安全有效的抗肿瘤转移药物是提高肿瘤临床治疗效果的关键。中药以其多靶点效应及毒副作用小等特点,近年来成为抗肿瘤转移药物研究的热点。综述单方和复方中药抑制肿瘤转移的主要机制及临床应用情况。

As an essential characteristic of malignant cancer, tumor metastasis is a main reason for failure of caneer treatment. It＇ s necessary to find out safe and effective anti-metastasis drugs for the improvement of clinical efficacy. With synthetic actions of multi-targets and mild side-effects, traditional Chinese medicines （TCMs） have become hotspots in anti-metastasis drugs research. The anti-tumor metastasis mechanisms for simple prescriptions and compound prescriptions of TCM, as well as their clinical application were reviewed in this paper.
