火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定雷奈酸锶干混悬剂中的锶含量

Determination of Strontium in Strontium Ranelate Suspension by Flame Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometry

摘要 目的:建立测定雷奈酸锶干混悬剂中锶含量的火焰原子吸收分光光度法。方法:使用含有0.1 g.L-1铯离子和5.0 g.L-1镧离子的0.1%硝酸溶液对样品进行溶解和稀释,采用空气-乙炔火焰原子吸收光谱法在460.7 nm波长处进行测定。结果:当锶的质量浓度在6.30~25.20 mg.L-1范围内时,其吸光度和质量浓度线性关系良好,相关系数为0.999 7;平均加样回收率为101.4%,RSD为1.8%;测得3批雷奈酸锶干混悬剂中锶含量分别为制剂中锶标示含量的98.7%、99.3%和99.8%。结论:该方法便捷、准确、灵敏度高,适用于雷奈酸锶干混悬剂中锶含量的测定。 Objective: To establish a flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry method for content determination of strontium in strontium ranelate suspension. Methods: The samples were dissolved and diluted in the 0. 1% nitric acid, which contained 0. 1 g. L-1 cesium ion and 5.0 g.L-1 lanthanum ion. The air-acetylene flame atomic absorption spectrometry was used to determine the strontium at the detection wavelength of 460. 7 nm. Results: The absorbance and concentration of strontium showed a good linear relationship at the range of 6.30-25.20 rag. L-1, with the correlation coefficient of 0. 999 7. The recovery rate was 101.4 % and the RSD was 1.8 %. The content of strontium in three batches of strontium ranelate suspension was determined as 98.7 %, 99.3 % and 99. 8 % relative to labeled amount, respec- tively. Conclusion: The method is convenient, accurate and sensitive. It can be applied in the determina- tion of strontium in strontium ranelate suspension.
