甲状腺腺瘤的超声诊断及鉴别诊断

Ultrasound Diagnosis of Thyroid Adenoma and Differential Diagnosis

目的:评价超声在甲状腺瘤的诊断及鉴别诊断中的价值。方法:回顾分析80例甲状腺腺瘤患者的临床资料及超声图像特点,并经手术病理证实。结果:声像图显示甲状腺腺瘤以单侧多发,病灶周围可见正常甲状腺组织,腺瘤多数伴液化,周边可见晕圈,彩色多普勒血流提示:腺瘤周围可见环状血流信号。结论:超声对甲状腺腺瘤的诊断及鉴别诊断具有较高价值,但晕圈并不是甲状腺瘤的特征声像。

Objective：To evaluate ultrasound in the diagnosis of thyroid tumors and differential diagnosis.Methods： Retrospective analysis of 80 cases of thyroid adenoma in patients with clinical data and characteristics of ultrasound images and confirmed by pathology.Results： Thyroid adenoma with unilateral multiple lesions seen around the normal thyroid tissue,the majority of adenomas with liquefaction,halo around the visible,color Doppler flow Hint： adenoma blood flow signal can be seen around the ring.Conclusions： Ultrasound diagnosis of thyroid adenoma and differential diagnosis of high value,but the halo is not the audio-visual features of thyroid tumors.
