乌司他丁降低脑缺血再灌注损伤大鼠肿瘤坏死因子-α的机制 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨乌司他丁通过JNK通路和p38通路降低肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)-α的表达,以研究乌司他丁的抗炎机制。方法采用线栓法制备大鼠大脑中动脉栓塞(MCAO)模型。应用RT-PCR方法检测治疗前后缺血侧TNF-α、JNK、p38含量变化。结果与假手术组相比,缺血再灌注脑皮层TNF-α、JNK、p38表达水平明显增加,乌司他丁可抑制缺血再灌注脑皮质TNF-α、JNK、p38的表达。结论乌司他丁可能通过抑制JNK和p38的表达减少炎症因子TNF-α的释放而抑制脑缺血再灌注损伤炎症反应。
