多发性乳头状汗腺瘤

Multiple papillary hidradenoma:a case report

报告1例发生于左上肢的多发性乳头状汗腺瘤。患者女,45岁。左上肢线状排列的结节伴瘙痒7年。皮肤科检查见左上肢数个直径2～3 cm淡红色结节,呈线状排列,质地坚实,部分皮损表面破溃、结黄褐色痂。组织病理检查示真皮浅层及中层内肿瘤由大小不一的腺管、腺泡、复杂折叠的乳头状结构构成,腺腔和乳头状结构内衬单层柱状上皮,外围见一层小立方形肌上皮细胞,符合乳头状汗腺瘤。

An unnsual ease of unilateral multiple papillary hldradenoma is reported. A 45-year-old woman presented with nodules on her left upper limb for 7 years. Dermatological examination revealed muhiple reddish indurate nodules on her left arm, 1-2.5 CA in diameter, and in a linear distribution. Some of the lesions were erosive or crusted. Histological examination showed circumscribed tumors in the upper and middle dermis, with tubulopapillary structures. Numerous papillary folds projecting into the cystic spaces were seen. The outer layer of the tumor was composed of cuboidal myoepithelial cells, and the inner layer composed of large columnar cells with apoerine change. These findings are consistent with hidradenoma papilliferum.
