摘要
目的研究蝙蝠蛾被毛孢对小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法以KM种小鼠为研究对象,将小鼠分为空白对照组、低剂量组(110mg/kg)和中剂量(220mg/kg)、高剂量组(450mg/kg),连续灌胃用药28d,进行小鼠碳粒廓清试验、血清溶血素试验和二硝基氟苯(DNFB)诱导小鼠迟发性变态反应(DTH)。结果与空白对照组相比,蝙蝠蛾被毛孢在220、450mg/kg剂量下,能明显增强小鼠单核-巨噬细胞吞噬功能、体液免疫功能和细胞免疫功能。结论蝙蝠蛾被毛孢有明显的免疫促进作用。
Objective To investigate the influence of Hirsutella hepiali Chen et Shen on the immunologic function of the rat.Methods KM species of rats as experimental animal and then were randomly divided into four groups：the blank control group,low-dose（110 mg/kg）,middle-dose（220 mg/kg） and high-dose（450 mg/kg） groups.They were given the medicines for 28 days to experiment of Carbon clearance,Serum hemolysin and DNFB induce affection of DTH.Results The results showed the middle-dose and high-dose groups was higher than that of the blank control group and can enhance significantly mononuclear macrophage,humoral and cellular immune function.Conclusion Hirsutella hepiali Chen et Shen has immune function significantly.
