抑郁症的生物学机制研究进展 被引量：38

摘要 抑郁症是一种常见的心境障碍,其核心症状为情绪低落、思维迟缓、意志活动减退,还可能出现睡眠障碍、反复自杀念头等。据WHO统计,目前全球约有1.21亿抑郁症患者,每年有850,000人的死亡与抑郁相关。抑郁症的遗传率约为30%～40％．
