摘要 提高涡轮前进口温度是提升涡轮总体性能的有效方法,而叶片材料成为制约高性能涡轮发展的瓶颈。气冷技术可以满足现有叶片材料在更高温度环境中工作的需求。因此,研究冷气喷射技术的特性和规律,对于高性能涡轮的发展具有重要意义。本文重点介绍了近年国内外涡轮气冷技术的研究现状,提出研究过程中存在的问题,为后续的研究工作提供参考。 Raising turbine inlet temperaure is on effective method to promote turbine overall performance,of which the bottleneck comes to be the restraints of blade material.Cooling air injhection technology enables blade materials to work at higher temperature,therefore,the research on characteristics and principles of cooling air injection technology is of great significance to the developrnent of high performance turbine.The article emphasizes on the research status of turbine cooling air injection technology and reviews the problems encountered to provide referrences for further study.
