随钻扩眼钻压分配的双因素计算方法 被引量:13

摘要 随钻扩眼过程中扩眼器与领眼钻头的钻压分配关系对扩眼钻进工作状态具有重要影响。传统计算方法仅考虑扩眼器与领眼钻头的几何结构因素,精度不高,难以合理指导工具设计。为此,在充分考虑岩石特性、钻具切削结构双参数的基础上,提出一种计算随钻扩眼钻压分配关系的双因素法,以分析各因素对钻压分配的影响规律。理论计算表明,扩眼钻压比与扩眼器钻遇岩层强度成正比,与扩眼刀翼锐度成反比。这一结果与文献的试验结果基本一致,可用于指导随钻扩眼装置的设计和应用。 The weight distribution relation between reamer and pilot bit in the process of reaming while drilling has remarkable effect on the operating condition of reamer drilling.The traditional calculation method considers only the geometric structure of reamer and pilot bit.Thus the calculation is not very precise and it is not suitable for guiding the design of tools.Therefore,a kind of double-factor method for working out the bit weight distribution relation was introduced on the basis of fully considering the parameters of both rock property and cutting structure of drilling tool.The law of the effect of the factors on the bit weight distribution was analyzed.The theoretical calculation shows that the reaming bit weight ratio is directly proportional to the strength of the rocks drilled by the reamer and it is inversely proportional to the sharpness of reamer blade.This finding is basically in agreement with the experimental result introduced in the relevant literature.
