摘要
介绍了环空压力随钻测量系统的基本结构、工作原理以及关键技术。对环空压力随钻测量系统进行了地面综合试验和现场试验。试验结果表明,整套仪器设计合理,工作可靠性高,压力和温度测量精度都达到了1%FS;解决了井下大功率长时间供电的难题,开泵时采用井下发电机供电,停泵时采用蓄电池供电,保证了系统能够长期稳定地工作;能够实现测量数据的实时上传和井下存储功能,在地面可随钻获知井底准确、实时的压力和温度数据。最后指出,环空压力随钻测量系统必须在单参数或少参数的测量上首先获得突破,才有可能向多参数的更高层次方向发展。
The basic structure,operating principle and key technology of the system for annular pressure measurement while drilling was introduced in the paper.A comprehensive ground experiment and an on-the-spot experiment of the system were conducted.The result shows that the whole instrument is reasonable in design and high in operating performance.The precision of pressure and temperature measurement reaches 1%FS.The problem of downhole high-power and long-time power supply has been solved.The power supply for starting pump is achieved by downhole motor and that for stopping pump by batteries.This can ensure the long-time and stable operation of the system.The real-time uploadtng and downhole storage function of data measurement can be achieved.The accurate and real-time pressure and temperature data can be obtained on ground.
