可自适应防砂筛管膨胀层压降模拟计算方法

摘要 鉴于相关文献计算油流在砾石充填膨胀层中压降时存在的不足,将油流在膨胀层的流动简化为锥形流,并在Forchheimer方程的基础上进一步优化,推导出了膨胀层压降计算新公式。同时运用算例,将锥形流的计算结果与单向流、径向流以及Yildiz发散流的计算结果进行比较。分析结果表明,锥形流模型推导出的计算公式与Yildiz发散流计算公式计算的结果相近,而以单向流和径向流计算公式得出的计算值差距较大。说明将油流的发散流动模拟为单向流和径向流来计算砾石膨胀层中的压降是不合适的。锥形流模型包含了非达西渗流的压降,以此导出的压降计算公式计算的压降更加符合实际情况,且计算更简便。 Considering the weakness existing in the calculation of the oil flow pressure drop in the swelling layer in the relevant literature,the new formula for calculating the pressure drop of the swelling layer was derived on the basis of simplifying the gravel swelling layer flow as the cone flow and optimizing the Forehheimer equation.Meanwhile,by means of the example,the calculated result of the cone flow was compared with the calculated results of unidirectional flow,radial flow and Yildiz T divergent flow.The findings show that the calculation formula derived by the cone flow model is close to the calculated result by the calculation formula of Yildiz T divergent flow.But there is a remarkable difference between the calculated values obtained by the calculation formula of unidirectional flow and radial flow.This indicates that the simulation of the divergent flow of oil flow as unidirectional flow and radial flow to calculate the pressure drop in the swelling layer is not appropriate.The cone model contains the pressure drop of non-Darcy flow,which can derive the calculation formula of pressure drop.The pressure drop obtained by this formula is much more in agreement with the practical condition,and more accurate.Moreover,the calculation method is simpler.
