MIPO技术结合LCP钢板内固定治疗肱骨干粉碎骨折 被引量:9

摘要 目的探讨MIPO技术结合LCP钢板内固定治疗肱骨干粉碎骨折的临床疗效。方法应用MIPO技术结合LCP钢板内固定治疗肱骨干粉碎骨折19例。结果本组18例获随访9~26个月,骨折愈合时间3~7.5个月,无内固定失败者。结论 MIPO技术与LCP钢板相结合治疗肱骨干粉碎骨折,可以获得骨折稳定与软组织完整的平衡,疗效可靠。
