习惯性流产与抗心磷脂抗体检测的相关性分析

Correlative analysis of recurrent spontaneous abortion and anticardiolipin antibody testing

目的探讨习惯性流产(habitual abortion,HA)与抗心磷脂抗体(anticardiolipin antibody,ACA)的相关性。方法选择86例习惯性流产确诊患者作为观察组,91例有正常生育能力的非妊娠健康妇女作为对照组,采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)方法进行血清抗心磷脂抗体IgG的检测。结果观察组ACA阳性率为18.6%,对照组阳性率为4.4%,观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 ACA可能是习惯性流产的免疫因素之一,与习惯性流产有一定关系。

Objective To discuss the correlation of habitual abortion and anticardiolipin anti- body （ACA）. Methods Eighty-six cases of habitual abortion patients who had been diagnosed were selected as the observation group and 91 cases of non-pregnant healthy women who had normal fertility as controls, then enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay （ELISA） method was used to test antieardiolipin antibody （IgG）. Results The positive rate of ACA in observation group was 18.6 % , it was higher than that of control group which was 4.4% （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion ACA may be one of the immune factors for habitual abortion and has some relations to the habitual abortion.
