原发性肝癌AFP与肿瘤大小的相关性

Correlation between serum alpha-fetoprotein and tumor size in primary hepatic cell carcinoma

目的:探讨原发性肝癌患者术前血清的甲胎蛋白(AFP)水平和肝癌肿瘤大小的关系。方法:使用罗氏E170电化学发光免疫法分析仪,分析中山大学孙逸仙纪念医院的68例原发性肝癌患者术前血清AFP阳性水平与肝癌的肿瘤大小的关系。结果:68例原发性肝癌患者,血清AFP浓度变异较大,从33.24～225 046.2不等。肿瘤大小体积7.2-1790.8 cm^3,大小不等。肿瘤的大小与血清AFP浓度的相关性分析显示相关系数r=0.3015(P>0.05),两者之间无相关性。结论:原发性肝癌的肿瘤大小与术前AFP值无显著地相关性。

Objective：To investigate the correlation between preoperative serum level of alpha-fetoprotein （AFP） and tumor size in primary hepatic cell carcinoma （HCC）. Method：Using electrochemical luminescence immunoassay Roche El70 analyzer, we analyzed the correlation between preoperative serum level of AFP and tumor size among 68 cases of HCC registered to Sun Yat-Sen University Sun Yat-Sen Memorial Hospital. Results： In 68 patients with primary HCC, the serum level of AFP varied greatly from 33.24 to 225046.2, as did the tumor size, from 7.2 to 1790.8 cm3. Correlation analysis showed that the correlation coefficient between tumor size and serum AFP level was r = 0. 3015 （P 〉 0.05 ） , suggesting that the both were not correlated. Conclusion： The tumor size of primary HCC is not significantly correlated with preoperative level of AFP.
