Repair of large abdominal incisional hernia with double-layer mesh

目的:总结应用双层补片修补巨大腹壁切口疝的经验。方法:回顾分析应用Prolene双层补片修补11例巨大腹壁切口疝患者的术前准备、手术方法和引流放置。结果:11例均治愈,随访2个月～2年无复发。结论:应用双层网片无张力修补巨大腹壁切口疝是一种有效的方法。

Objective： To summarize our experiences in repair ol large abaommal mClSlonai nernla wmL double-layer mesh. Methods：We reviewed the data from 11 cases of large abdominal incisional hernia repaired with double-layer Prolene mesh, including the preoperative preparations, surgical procedures and postoperative drainage. Results： All patients experienced full recovery and were recurrence-free during follow-up for 2 months to 2 years. Conclusion： Repair of large abdominal ineisional hernia by double-layer mesh is an effective method.
