摘要
大肠癌的发病是一个多因素、多步骤的演进过程,基因表达异常在其中起重要作用.近年来研究证实microRNA(miRNA,微小核糖核酸)广泛存在于真核生物体内,与大肠癌相关基因表达调控密切相关.这些发现极大地扩展了大肠癌的发病机制,为大肠癌的诊断和分子靶向治疗提供了新的思路和手段.
The development of colorectal cancer is a multifactorial, multi-step process in which abnormal gene expression may play an important role. In recent years, it has been reported that microRNAs (miRNAs), which widely exist in eukaryotes, are closely related to gene expression regulation in colorectal cancer. These findings have greatly expanded our understanding of the pathogenesis of colorectal cancer and provide new ideas and methods for the diagnosis and treatment of this malignancy.
