摘要
分析了大型风力发电设备零部件轮毂、底座等铸件气孔缺陷的产生原因,并提出相应的解决方案。通过在工艺设计、造型材料、造型制芯过程及熔炼、浇注等各个环节采取针对性措施,基本消除了铸件的气孔缺陷。
The causes of blowhole for large wing power castings were analyzed, and their related solutions were presented. The countermeasures were carried out respectively in process design, molding materials, molding and core making process, melting and pouring, and the casting defects were basically eliminated.
