对我国染整用生物酶技术的思考和建议

Thoughts and Proposals on Enzyme Technology Applied in Dyeing&Finishing Process

酶处理工艺具有节能降耗、可生物降解等优点,是一种符合生态环保要求的生产工艺。目前,生物酶在我国纺织染整加工中的应用范围日益扩大,技术也日臻成熟,但也存在一些值得思考的问题。本文介绍了可应用于染整加工的生物酶制剂,从技术和行业的角度分析了目前存在的问题,并有针对性地提出了一些合理化建议。

As an eco-friendly processing technology,enzyme treatment possesses the benefits of energy saving and biodegradability.The application range of enzyme in dyeing and finishing industry is expanding,and the technology is gradually mature,but there still exists some problems to be solved.Enzymes available for dyeing and finishing process have been introduced in this paper.The existing problems have been analyzed by the view of technology and industry,and some rationalization proposals have also been put forward.
