Printing Technology of Reactive Dyes Without Urea

分析了传统活性印花染料及其固色系统存在的缺陷,介绍了新型活性印花染料及新型固色系统。实验表明,新的印花染料和固色系统既具有乙烯砜型染料的高固色率,又具有一氯均三嗪染料的印花色浆稳定性,而且完全不用尿素,是真正的环保绿色印花系统。

The limitation of traditional reactive printing dyes and fix system are analyzed,and the new ones are introduced.The results indicate the new dyes and fix system can get high color yield as vinyl-sulfone dyes and excellent reproducibility as monochlorotriazine dyes.Additional,the new printing technology needs no urea,so it's a real environment friendly printing system.
