摘要
本文针对我过信息系统的发展现状，结合Intemet的技术特性全球网络环境的发展趋势，阐述在计算机网络环境下信息系统的战略计划。
In this paper, I had the status of information system development,combined with technical characteristics of the Intemet global network of environmental trends,described in the computer network environment,information systems strategic plan.
