视频监控在国民经济中发挥着越来越重要的作用，本文在对视频监控技术的构成与发展进行研究分析的基础上，针对智能网络视频监控系统图像采集范围广、通道数量多，难以实时全面兼顾的特点，对硬件故障，图像异常检测、异常分析等若干关键技术进行了深入研究，并建立了带有自动识别报警系统的视频监控设备故障检测系统。

Video monitor in the national economy is playing an increasingly important role in this paper,the composition of video surveillance technology with the development of research and analysis,based on the intelligent network video surveillance system for image acquisition range,number of channels and more difficult to fully take into account the characteristics of real-time,hardware failure,the image anomaly detection,anomaly analysis,a number of key technologies in-depth study, and the establishment of an alarm system with automatic identification of video surveillance equipment fault detection system.
