某市电子政务建设现状与问题剖析

某市为了高起点、高标准地推进政府系统电子政务建设，努力实现“电子政府”的目标，对市直部门及八县三（区）电子政务建设和信息资源开发利用情况进行了一次较全面的调研。调研显示：全市政府部门电子政务建设取得了较大的进展，工作步伐明显加快，目前全市公务外网市级平台及市至各县（区）分中心网络建设基本完成，县（区）级横向网络正在紧张建设之中。政务信息网络建设和应用由局部建设转向全面建设，由各单位局域网建设转向全市统一规划的公务外网平台建设。

For a city high standard to promote e-government system of government efforts to achieve＂electronic government＂targets,and eight departments directly under County（District）and e-government development and utilization of information resources to conduct a more comprehensive research.Research shows：the city government e-government has made great progress,significantly speeding up the work,now the city＇s municipal public network outside the city to the platform and counties（districts）basically completed the construction of sub-center network, county（district）level horizontal network is being constructed.Construction and application of government information networks shifted from the local building construction,the construction of each unit LAN unified planning of the public turned to the city outside the network platform.
