Oracle ORACLE database development is a relational database management system,the database holds a major share of the market,it is widely used.In this paper, database performance optimization as a starting point,based on the WINDOWS platform, from the system,network,database,etc.,on the ORACLE database optimization are discussed and put forward an effective optimization strategy.
