This paper describes the SMS system Zhangfiakou meteorological research and development,the system is divided into three parts,cell phone text message language library, and send SMS text messages with custom-made and complaints management.System development,the weather messages more diverse in content and form of life,interesting and artistic,SMS significantly reduced the rate of error conditions,customer complaints,work more convenient.
