浅谈团体辅导在高职院校学生管理工作中运用

探索和创新工作方式方法是适应社会发展，提高高职院校学生管理效率的必由之路。作为一种高效的心理辅导形式，团体辅导逐渐得到了广大教育工作者的认可，并在学生管理的工作实践中进行了尝试。本研究探讨了在高职院校学生管理工作中运用团体辅导的具体措施和方法，为团体辅导的推广运用提供借鉴。
