福建地区天然牙表面着色沉积物的理化表征 被引量:2

Physicochemical Characterization of Stain Deposition on Natural Tooth Surface in Fujian Area

摘要 目的:本实验旨在表征天然牙表面着色沉积物表面和内部的微结构及着色物粉末的化学成分。方法:通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对着色物表面形态结构和厚度进行观察。利用能谱仪(EDS)和X射线光电子能谱仪(XPS)分析着色物粉末的化学元素。借助于傅立叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)和X射线衍射仪(XRD)分析色物粉末的官能团和晶体结构。结果:着色沉积物中除含有高度钙化的成分外,还含有C、O和N等有机成分及以磷酸钙盐的形式存在的P、Ca和Fe微量元素。着色沉积物在牙表面成片层样结构。结论:结果提示:着色物可能是以磷酸钙盐和大分子有机成份的混合形式沉积在天然牙的表面。 Objective: To characterize the exterior and interior microstructures of the stain deposition on natural tooth surface and the chemical components contained in their powders.Methods: The scanning electron microscope(SEM) was used to survey the thickness and structural of the stain deposition.The chemical element in powder of the stain deposition was analyzed by energy dispersive spectrdmeter(EDS) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS).The functional group and crystal structure analyses were carried out by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),and X-ray diffraction(XRD),respectively.Results: Results showed that the stain depositions were highly calcified and contained a significant amount of organic matter(C,N,O),with traces of P,Fe and Ca,and existed in the form of calcium phosphate.The stain deposition had their abilities to form sheet structure on tooth surface.Conclusion: The results suggest that the dental stains deposited on natural tooth surface are probably high molecular weight organic materials together with small amounts of calcium phosphate.
