改良简易型胃肠旁路术治疗2型糖尿病1年疗效观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的 探讨改良简易型胃肠旁路术对2型糖尿病的治疗效果。方法 2010年8月~2010年11月对34例2型糖尿病患者施行改良简易型胃肠旁路术,观察疗效及术后1年的体重指数、血糖及糖化血红蛋白的变化情况。结果 与术前相比,术后1年患者平均体重指数、空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。30例(88.2%)患者术后1年达到治愈标准,4例(11.8%)达到好转标准,有效率100%。结论 改良简易型胃肠旁路术对2型糖尿病有良好的治疗效果。 Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of mini-gastric bypass surgery for the treatment of type 2 diabetes.Methods 34 patients with type 2 diabetes were operated mini-gastric bypass surgery from August 2010 to November 2010,observed the effect and after one year of their body mass index(BMI),fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose,glycated hemoglobin.Results Compared with the preoperative and postoperative patients with one year average BMI,fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose,glycated hemoglobin declined obviously,the difference was statistically significant(P 〈 0.01).30 patients of diabetes(88.2%)achieved to cure standards,4 patients of diabetes(11.8%)achieved to improve standards,it shows that the surgery effective rate was 100%.Conclusion Mini-gastric bypass surgery for patients with type 2 diabetes is an effective cure.
